This course is aimed at personnel who may need more confidence
using the telephone. This person may need to be more confident
dealing with awkward calls, or they could just need to brush up on
the technique that they use on the phone.
Topics covered throughout this course include:
- Understanding the importance of portraying a
professional image to the outside world
- Be able to use the telephone to its maximum advantage
- Identify the relevant skills to handle all incoming and
outgoing calls effectively and courteously
- Deal with enquiries, complaints, messages, and awkward
callers
- A certificate of Attendance will be provided for each
participant
