  • Why choose an apprentice?

We work with you to find learners that meet your skill or recruitment needs and access funding to support the learner's training. A Training Advisor with relevant occupational competence will support both you and your learner. Apprenticeships lead to improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency - giving employers a real competitive advantage in the industry. At the end of the training you will have a member of staff fully trained to your exact requirements who is loyal, motivated and valued.

Please see here if you are interested in participating in our pre-Apprenticeship programme.

  • How to develop and train existing employees

Working closely with you, we will be able to train and support your existing employees too. Choosing the right training can provide your employees with qualifications and recognition for the work they do, helping them to feel valued and more motivated.

  • Qualifications

Apprentices work towards Nationally recognised and accredited qualifications, either as part of a Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship programme. Continuous support and advice throughout their training promotes attainment and an opportunity for excellent career progression.

  • Next steps

We have a flexible approach and where required we will deliver training in your workplace. The Further Education element of your employee's Apprenticeship will be delivered at City of Bristol College, or at another partner College. Having a variety of training programmes covering the diversity in Engineering, we can tailor the courses to suit your business needs.
