learner's training. A Training Advisor with relevant occupational
competence will support both you and your learner. Apprenticeships

the end of the training you will have a member of staff fully
trained to your exact requirements who is loyal, motivated and

- How to develop and train existing
employees
Working closely with you, we will be able to
train and support your existing employees too. Choosing the right
training can provide your employees with qualifications and
recognition for the work they do, helping them to feel valued and
more motivated.
Apprentices work towards Nationally recognised
and accredited qualifications, either as part of an Apprenticeship
or Advanced Apprenticeship programme. Continous support and advice
throughout their training promotes attainment and an opportunity for
excellent career progression
We have a flexible approach and where required
we will deliver training in your workplace. For Advanced
apprenticeships only, the Further Education element of your
employee's Apprenticeship will be delivered at City of Bristol
College, or at another partner College. Having a variety of training
programmes covering the diversity in Technology, we can tailor the
course to suit your business needs.
