approach, and taking into consideration any specific training your
business or customer demands, we will be able to effectively advise
you on the most appropriate nationally recognised qualifications as
part of any apprenticeship programme that maintains a fully skilled
and market leading workforce. Our learning provision is regularly
inspected to ensure that our qualified Tutors and Assessors meet the
required standard set by the Sector Skills Council. We can offer you
advice on funding for your training needs.

- How to develop and train existing
employees
We can work with you to train your existing
employees too. Choosing the right training can provide your
employees with qualifications and recognition for the work they do,
helping them to feel valued and more motivated.
Apprentices work towards nationally recognised
qualifications, either an Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship.
We offer continuous support and advice throughout your training and
an opprtunity for excellent career progression.
