- Why choose an Apprentice?
We can source young people to meet your recruitment needs, and are able to access Government funding for Apprenticeship training. A dedicated Training Advisor will support both you and the apprentice through the training and assessments.
Apprenticeships lead to improvements in quality and efficiency, giving employers a competitive advantage. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will have an enthusiastic member of staff who is qualified, valued and trained to met your current and future business needs.
Apprentices and Advanced apprentices work towards nationally-recognised
qualifications. We offer continuous support and advice throughout the
apprenticeship, and the apprentices have an opportunity for excellent career
progression. Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships qualify for
Government funding. BGT will complete a training needs analysis and initial

we will recommend suitable courses for apprentices, including help with basic
Maths and English if required.
